What is the typical turn-around time for purchases?
If the item is in stock in our store, the item can be shipped the same day for orders before 4:00pm (EST) or the next business day for orders placed after 4:00pm (EST).
If the item is not in stock in our store, the lead time typically ranges from 5 business days to 7 weeks depending upon availability with our vendors. Please contact us for any order status inquiry.
Does Diamonds Direct ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we ship items throughout the USA and Canada. We can deliver to your home, office, or APO/FPO. Please note all packages are signature required and Canadian orders may be subject to custom taxes and other local charges. Does Diamonds Direct ship to Military APO’s or PO Boxes?
Yes, we will gladly ship to any APO/FPO’s provided via US Postal Registered Mail. Registered mail is fully insured but may take up to three weeks for arrival. At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or FedEx locations.
Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, your billing address and shipping address can be different. If you’re shipping to a separate address from your billing address we may ask some additional questions for security purposes.
How do items ship and does it cost anything?
Diamonds Direct offers fast, free shipping on all online orders, regardless of amount via FedEx. Customers in Canada will be responsible for any duties, taxes or shipping surcharges levied by their country. Please check with your local authorities to confirm taxes and fees before ordering. Orders for military personnel will be shipped for free to their APO/FPO. Please keep in mind that these locations are served by the US Post Office and may take up to three weeks to deliver.
Are the shipments signature required?
Yes, all shipments require a direct signature from anyone over the age of 18 at the receiving address. For that reason, we do not ship to PO Boxes, UPS location, FedEx locations, and mail lockers. Packages cannot be rerouted to a new address after they’ve been shipped.
Are the shipments insured?
Yes, all shipments are fully insured during transit. All purchases also require a signature upon delivery.
Do I need an appointment to come to your showroom and shop?
No! You are not required to set up an appointment to come to our store. Our showroom is open for walk-ins 6 days a week! That said, if you’d like the convenience of having a particular time set aside for you, please contact us at (704) 295-9190 and we will set up an appointment for you.
What type of payment does Diamonds Direct accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), as well as certified checks and money orders, wire transfers, personal checks and cash. However, personal checks cannot be used as a form of final payment upon item pickup. We also offer special financing offers on approved credit through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Please note, some credit card transactions, wire transfers, and personal checks may require additional verification prior to processing the order.

Does Diamonds Direct offer a layaway policy?
Yes, articles placed on layaway will be held for a period of 120 days. Payment arrangements are required to be made in full before the end of this period or the item(s) will be returned to stock.
Does Diamonds Direct provide repair services?
Yes, for simple services like battery changes or strap swaps, we have a jeweler in-store who will complete these for you while you wait. For more in-depth repairs we have a local watchmaker who completes the service using authentic OEM parts.

How long is the manufacturer’s warranty for timepieces valid for?

What is the return policy?
Items purchased from store stock must be unworn, unsized, and still in new condition; they may be returned within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. If the item(s) was ordered from our vendor(s), the item is not returnable. Click Here

How will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Bank wires will be refunded by company check. Credits returned to credit cards may take up to 14 business days to reflect on your account.
What if I would like to return an item received as a gift?
Gift Recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only, no refunds.
